How long does it take for my order to process?

Orders process within the same business day if orders are placed by 3pm, or during the next business day on weekends.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Under typical circumstances yes. If it is a manufacturing defect, you will be emailed a printable shipping label during the return process. To see additional details please review our return policy.

How do I Register?

End Consumers -- Simply click the account icon in the top right corner to go to your account or create an account.
Retail shops can register through the wholesale page.

Wholesale/Proof of retail licence

When applying for wholesale within Germany and all other EU countries you will need to provide your VAT number. United States shops and other countries need to provide legitimate proof of you being a retailer such as a resale certificate or EIN/business license. In any other case, please contact us via e-mail to explain us your type of business.

Shipping costs

Products are shipped through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to weight and volume and are billed along with the goods in the invoice. Shipping costs will vary depending upon the type of shipping that you select and your location.

Customs:

The customs costs for non-EU countries are between 3% - 9% of the invoice amount depending on the country and will be communicated to you by your customs office. For more information about customs tariffs etc. please contact your customs office. VAT/customs costs also vary in Europe. Recipients are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred.

Minimum order value for wholesale customers:

The minimum order value is $300 (plus VAT, taxes, duties or shipping) per order. All other details regarding minimum quantities per article are specified by item. Generally wholesale accounts are required to buy an MOQ of 5 units per style. All invoices will be issued in USD$ and are to be paid in that currency. In the European Union or other nations your local bank can assist you with a TTM (international wire money transfer) done in USD or you can pay easily by credit card or bank card.

Payment

There are many options and you can choose what is easiest for you. Payments are available by credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card), by PayPal, or by bank card.

Delivery time

Within the USA, expect 2-5 work days. For Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, & Australia, times can vary significantly based upon your country's customs efficiencies. Generally, we expect 5-10 work days, but shipments can sometimes take as long as 20-30 work days. At Floratrel, we always get your products shipped as quickly as we can.

Warnings

Persons wearing a pacemaker or pregnant should consult their physician before wearing magnetic jewellery. In case of resale you have to inform your customers about this warning. All Floratrel products are meant to be used by adults only or under the supervision of adults.
